Located right up the street from Ocean Beach Surf Lessons you can walk to the beach from the hostel without even ordering a cab.
For something a little more family orientated with a be beachy boutique elegance to it, then THE OB HOTEL is right for you and your family. A stones throw away from the beach and most importantly Ocean Beach Surf Camp you will also be within 10 minutes to all main attractions such as Sea world, Sunset Cliffs (where you can take majestic views of the Pacific Ocean), Old Town, San Diego Zoo, and even Balboa Park.
The best part about Ocean Beach, San Diego is everything is within walking distance so you can park your car and truly make it a fun filled day.
PARKING CAN BE VERY TRICKY IN OCEAN BEACH. PLEASE ALLOW AT LEAST 45 MINUTES TO FIND PARKING AND GET SITUATED TO THE BEACH BEFORE YOUR SURFING LESSON 🙂
There are many free public parking lots located at the foot of Voltaire Street.
What to Bring/Wear
– A bottle of water
– Please be sure to wear your swim suit and or board shorts beneath your clothing as your wetsuits will be ready and waiting for you on the beach.
