IF YOU BOOKED LESS THAN 24 HRS BEFORE YOUR LESSON PLEASE CALL TO CONFIRM!
IF YOU BOOKED A SEMI-PRIVATE OR GROUP LESSON AND YOU DO NOT HAVE YOUR OWN GROUP PLEASE CALL US SO WE CAN SCHEDULE YOU TO JOIN A GROUP. IF THERE IS NO AVAILABILITY FOR YOUR PREFERRED LESSON TIME YOU CAN CHOOSE TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FOR A PRIVATE LESSON. IF YOU DO NOT CALL , YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FOR A PRIVATE LESSON. WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO MEET YOUR NEEDS.
CANCELLATIONS : 72 hour notice is required to receive a full refund for a scheduled lesson. If you cancel within 48 hours you'll receive a 50% refund. To reschedule a lesson, you must give at least 48 hours notice for full credit towards another lesson. A $25 rescheduling fee is applied . There are NO REFUNDS or credit for NO SHOWS. We are not responsible for expenses incurred due to travel.
Thanks guys I had an amazing experience that I won't forget, your camp was fun, the staff and monitors were so friendly and caring. I learnt everything I needed to know about surfing and the ocean, not to mention the facilities! I'll see you guys next year.
