Booking Policy: Bookings are made on a first come first serve basis. Upon initial inquiry for availability a pre-reservation is made and will be held for up to 7 working days. Your reservation is secure once we receive your deposit or Payment in full. All family overnight surf camps are in luxury beach side vacation rentals and include all services that you may find in a vacation rental plus our surf school services. Overnight family camps will charge you a flat rate for the week and is for up to 6 people. Any additional persons must be pay an additional fee and check if there is enough space available.Prices do not include airfare and we strongly urge you to confirm availability prior to purchasing your airline ticket. Deposits & Payments: After your initial inquiry for availability via e.mail a 50% deposit reserves your space. Family overnight camps fill up fast and often up to one year in advance. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival. Please refer to cancellation policy for any changes or cancellations.
After payment has been received you will be notified by e-mail and confirmed via e-mail and any additional information necessary prior to your departure will be e-mailed or faxed to you.

Travel and Flight Policies: Please book your flights to and from the Lindbergh field San Diego Airport.. Ground Transportation will be provided to you on Sunday afternoons or Friday afternoons (weekend bookings) only and from 2:00pm to 5:00pm. If you miss the transportation that is provided for you for any reason including flight delays, earlier or later departure, etc... ground transportation via shuttle or taxi will be at your own expense. Final booking of your flight is not required before your registration.

Cancellation Policy: We do not offer cash or credit card refunds. If you arrive a day late or you need to check out of your accommodations early there is no partial refund. If you cancel your reservation all together, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee from payments received and the remaining balance will be applied to another experience within one year of the start of your cancellation can be transferred for any other services Pacific surf school offers. Exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason whatsoever, including personal injuries, political upheaval, natural disasters, emergencies or weather. Pacific surf family overnight camps have many vacation rentals available for you,If Pacific surf must cancel an Overnight family surf camp, all payments received will be refunded in full. Pacific surf school is not held responsible for expenses in preparation for any canceled trips due to an Overnight family surf camp being canceled, such as airline ticket, flight cancellation, car rental, loss of work, travel delays, etc. All family Overnight surf campers must provide a signed "Release of Liability and Assumption of All Risks" and registration form upon sign up. This form is available online or can be e-mailed or faxed to you.
