Come join Pacific Surf School for a whole new way to enhance your surf experience with our Yoga Surf classes on Saturdays at 8 a.m.! We'll show you how to improve your flexibility, strength, and balance with a one hour yoga class. Yoga poses will increase blood flow, promote better breathing, and stretch the muscles you'll need for surfing. Your mind will become more alert, you'll have more endurance, and you'll have less aches and pains after sessions.
Immediately after yoga, starting at 9 a.m., we'll take you out for an hour and a half of surf. Notice how you're more focused and aware of your body and your surroundings. Feel refreshed and notice how you catch more waves and recover faster between sessions! You'll want to include yoga with all your surf sessions.
