    
Pacific Surf school day camp is Fun, safe and exciting!! Day Surf
Camp gives surfers of all skill levels aged from 6-17, a better understanding
of our FUN TO LEARN surfing techniques with our great experienced
and patient instructors. Let us teach you how to surf in a safe and
friendly environment, through proven techniques.
Whether you're an absolute beginner or an intermediate surfer, our
staff of surfing professionals will take you to the next level. All
surf instruction is tailored according to your age group.
| Day Surf Camp Beach Activities |
Along with surfing, campers participate in beach activities, surf
competitions on fridays with pizza and soft drinks during their presentaions
of certificates, visit surfboard factories, environmental education,
ocean awareness and safety. Students develop skills in and around
the water that provide a foundation for fun safe and better surfing
in the future.
Our surf instructors and day camp monitors/leaders/coordinators are qualified ocean lifeguards, certified in CPR and Red Cross and WE ARE INSURED.
All equipment included: loaner soft top surf boards, a certificate
of completion, and T-shirt from Pacific Surf School.
Each class is
limited with a 1:4 instructor/student ratio.

Instructor Certification |
We offer a Surf Camp's Instructor Development and certification Program. We
are looking for instructors to teach in San Diego California. The goal of our
program is to improve the quality, safety and consistency of surf instruction
at beaches across America.
Pre-requisites:
- A current American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification
- Current CPR/First Aid Certification
- Five years personal surfing experience
- Must be able to demonstrate good surfing skills on a soft top board
- Be 19 years of age
- Good communication skills
Our course is a comprehensive 2 day course that teaches ocean safety, surf
instruction methodologies, surf instructor safety, wave dynamics, and
communication skills.
