Situated
between the Pacific Ocean and beautiful Mission Bay . Mission beach
is a famous 2 mile stretch of white sandy beaches with a wonderful
board walk along the beach and famous Mission Bay . You are situated
in a very privileged area staying at Mission Beach as there are
so many activities to choose from.
Mission beach/Pacific Beach is close to a wide variety of shops, hotel resorts,
restaurants, parks and of course around the corner from Sea world
and Belmont Park . The San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park , Old town, Sea
port village is also within close vicinity of Mission Beach and
Pacific surf school. Along side Mission Beach 's beautiful beaches
and the bay area, there are a variety of beautiful luxury vacation
accommodations/rentals that Pacific surf school offers in their
family overnight surf camps.
There are a variety of hotels, resort hotels and motels
in San Diego. Hotels that are close to our school and that we personally
recommend are the Hyatt Islandia, Catamaran, Paradise point, Dana
inn and the Bahia resort.For better group deals we suggest you contact
our sales and reservations to choose from a wide variety of Luxury
vacation rentals on the beach.
Just two towers south of Pacific beach surf school we have a
great entertainment park for the kids called Belmont Park . Belmont
Park has a recently restored Big Dipper and lots of other fun rides,
games and restaurants for the whole family to enjoy.
Mission Bay Park is breathtaking and is a 5,000 acre aquatic
park. Catering to many families for it's recreational activities
and aquatic sports that range from sailing, kayaking, waterskiing,
fishing, kite surfing, Para sailing at Quivera Basin boat rentals
and lots more. The park also offers many facilities for family picnics
and BBQ's and even on weekends special events for the whole family
to enjoy.
San Diego is also known as Sunny San Diego and it's average
temperatures during the summer months can range from 72ºF -78ºF
.Our water temperatures range from 64º F-69ºF wetsuits
are not needed in the summer months but Pacific beach surf school does
provide them for all our surfing lessons and surf camps. |
